You can create a Philately account to manage your orders and subscriptions. Login to your account to update your information, manage your subscriptions, or unsubscribe anytime.

Ordering & Payment

India Post accepts a variety of payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. For institutional or bulk orders, please contact our sales team.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. You can track your order using the India Post tracking portal. International deliveries may take longer.

Returns & Refunds

If your item is damaged or incorrect, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Contact support with your order ID for assistance.

My Stamp

'My Stamp' allows you to personalize a postage stamp with your photograph. Upload a high-quality image (JPEG/PNG) and follow the on-screen instructions to place your order.
